Shopping trolleys for difficult times

As every year, Roromedia supports people in need this Christmas. This year, instead of the Christmas party that was cancelled due to Corona, we decided to make it possible for people who have been hit hard by the crisis to have a full shopping trolley for Christmas.

A full shopping trolley fills an empty fridge and makes you feel full.

"Finally, the fridge is no longer empty and I can buy my children a bar of chocolate every now and then. The food vouchers are really a big help!" says Mrs. Johanna M. She and her family received support from the Caritas social counselling service.

Due to an accident at work, her husband became unable to work and was dismissed a short time later. With the loss of his income, they could no longer pay the bills, more and more debts accumulated and even buying food was hardly possible.

With our donation to Caritas Austria, we enable people like Johanna and her family to make their lives a little easier.
