Upholding Our Social Commitment: Supporting Doctors without Borders in the Face of a Changing World
Together, we can make a difference in the lives of countless individuals, offering hope and healing during these challenging times.
In 2021, amidst unprecedented challenges, one thing remains unchanged – our unwavering dedication to making a positive impact in the world. This year, we are proud to extend our support to the exceptional efforts of Doctors without Borders through a heartfelt Christmas donation.
Doctors without Borders, also known as Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), has been at the forefront of the global battle against the Covid-19 pandemic. Operating in 165 projects across more than 50 countries, their selfless teams provide vital medical care, deliver essential supplies, and implement crucial infection control measures.
Amidst the crisis, the dedicated staff of Doctors without Border conducted health screenings for over 22,000 individuals suspected of having Covid-19 in Cox's Bazar, the world's largest refugee camp, within the first four months of the year. In Mumbai, they support a Covid-19 center with approximately 2,000 beds, ensuring that those affected by the virus receive the care they urgently need. In Brazil, mobile teams traverse remote regions, reaching out to treat individuals who may otherwise lack access to medical assistance.
As we embrace the holiday season, we extend our warmest wishes for a Merry Christmas to all. We are immensely grateful for the opportunity to contribute, through our work, to the invaluable support provided by Doctors without Border. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of countless individuals, offering hope and healing during these challenging times.
